PURPOSE:
To release exclusive use of a file. 
STATEMENT SYNTAX:
{stno} UNLOCK (unit {,ERR=stno})

EXAMPLE:
0230 UNLOCK(9,ERR=0240)
0500 UNLOCK(U+1)
NOTES: UNLOCK is a no-op in FreeSM32 !!
